This particular watch is in full 18 karat yellow gold with an original factory set diamond bezel! The size is 26 mm and the bracelet will fit wrist sizes up to 15.5 cm. The watch is in perfect condition without box and papers. These vintage Cartier Pantheres are becoming extremely difficult to source in good quality especially with original diamond bezels, do not hesitate this one will not last long!
